We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation situated within a
couple of minutes walk of Bakewell town centre.
We provide off-road parking, a lovely view of the local
park, comfortable facilities and a warm welcome.
Our house was constructed in Edwardian times and is largely
built of local stone, as are many of the older houses in Bakewell.
We have three bedrooms, sleeping a total of six people. Two
of these bedrooms are doubles, and the third is a twin, especially suitable for
children.
The front bedroom (the Peach Room) has a double bed
and a fine view out over the park. An additional single bed can be added if
required. It has en-suite facilities, with a shower, washbasin and WC.
The rear bedroom (the Green Room) has a view out over
the local gardens and has a double bed, and is fitted with a washbasin.
This bedroom has a private bathroom, which has a shower, WC
and washbasin.
The side bedroom (the Blue Room) has twin single beds
(which can be put together as a double). An additional single bed can be added
if required. It has en-suite facilities, with a shower, washbasin and WC.
All rooms are fitted with tea-making facilities and a TV
with DVD-playing facility. A selection of films and comedies on DVD are
available on request. A hair dryer is also available on request, as is tennis
equipment, should you wish to play tennis in the park!
Breakfast is served in our comfortable and spacious
Breakfast Room, and a choice of English or Continental Breakfast is
available.
There is ample off-road parking at the rear of the property,
and we have lock-up garages, where bicycles or motor bikes may be stored.
Bikers are especially welcome! |
